Location search bug

When searching a location in the app the view changes but after 2 searches the cursor/buffer does not show up as expected until the user does a second click.

Problem:

The issue is the rescaling on zoom that was added for the draggable buffer and how it collides with the goTo event that occurs when a user searches a location and the camera zooms/pans to the new search.
