Resolve 0 Value Document Type in nasa_science #1030

Description

Around 2000 of the docs coming out of the COSMOS api for nasa_scince have a doc type vaule of 0.

Implementation Considerations

need to find the underlying cause of this error so it doesn't happen again
need to fix the values in the COSMOS database
need to reindex on prod
