Related problems

Currently, the adaptation interface doesn't provide a way to edit the SeqN file extension, and the SeqJSON file extension can only be updated when replacing the output format altogether (i.e., no way to change the file extension but keep the sequenceToSeqJson implementation).

Describe the feature request

Clipper users would like for downloaded SeqN and SeqJSON files to use our canonical file extensions (.seqN.txt and .seq.json).
