CountUp! v1.1.0

• Moved number to be beside the icons

• Changed the name to CountUp! (From Portion Counter)

• Numbers now appear on any portionable that does not have a portion count that exceeds 100.

• The number will now take into account whether the portionable will "deplete" into the portioned item

• Fixed bugs with some foods not having counter shown

• Fixed bugs with some food showing the wrong number
