What is the expected behavior ? If downloading by time frame (like between minutes 5 and 10 in a 40 minute video) is something possible then to download a 5 minute segment (or however long the clip I want is) of a 40 minute video. If that isn't possible then no worries just wanted to check bc I didn't see any way I could do this besides putting in some command but idk how to do all that.
What happens instead ? I just download the whole video then manually clip it.

Basically all that is needed is a drop down box or a little side bar where the user could type in start time and end time etc. or you could even have it appear as a sperate section on the main page. There is another app that does this (just very slowly) plus a lot of extra stuff that might not be needed which could be why its so slow. The app is called Axiom, you can find it on GitHub if you want to check it out for reference, it just isn't nearly as fast as youtube-dl-gui and I would prefer to keep using dl-gui if possible. Below I put some screenshots of the axiom set up with all of the options so you can maybe have an idea of what I'm talking about and what you think is essential to download just a portion of a video and what isn't if this is something you would be willing to put in the que. The one outlined in pink is the only screen i ever really use so that's why I say idk if all that is essential to the app. No worries if not, I appreciate it
