[Suggestion] Mob kill counter based on bestiary kill counter #298

A mob counter (e.g. for zealots) that updates based on the players bestiary kill-counter for the mob. That would fix the problem of current zealot counter mods of not detecting kills made with a range weapon (like a frozen scythe).
