Help!!

I may be a little late to this but I have no idea how the software works. I open it up and all i see is manage service, run in console, debug or exit and when I go manage service I install it I press start to see what would happen it starts but does nothing. Also When I go to debug and click controllers no controllers show up. I have 3 Pure plus 12 fans connected to a tt sync controller. Im trying to use this because the only software that works with the controller is Armoury Crate which sucks and doesn't have all the effects as the thermaltake software does.
