MoolahNet appears to conflict with AllowModsMod

So, I just ran a test of this, and it's already crashing. After looking through the crashlog, I think you failed to accomodate for the AllowModsMod that the old Allow Paks Mod package comes with since they both appear in the log, though I could be wrong. Here's the log: UE4Minidump.dmp
