Local Widgets Rendering, Proof of concept

1. Cloned Wikidata query gui repo
2. installed inside the static folder to be able to serve it to the frontend
3. Created a special template where the widgets assets are loaded (these ones should be bundled)
4. Put there the script to load the queery information inside the div element
5. Created template to render each widget ( the script should be put there so it will run for each widget)
6. used template inside the main page templates (clinical trials in this example)
