"- HedgeDoc" is being appended to <title> metatag as shown below. strangely, <meta name="title"> and <meta property="og:title"> seems fine. tried debugging it but couldn't find the root cause of this issue.

Just to chime in I think it's a great observation made by @GorvGoyl and it's rather important to get rid of it. The website in search results looks confusing.
