アップデート後に、新しいServiceWorkerが動かない。

情報量が多いReact(Node.js)に開発環境を移行して対応する見込み。

MDNが更新されたかも。
これを元にバニラでも実装できるか検証する。
※サーバーサイドの要件は極力変えたくないため
