The following problems exist when using Hoppers or shift-clicking items to move them in or out of Minestrapp GUI blocks.
Using fuel items that smelt for a very short period of time (ie; Sticks in a Melter or Hanging Glow Moss in a Splitter) can cause the block they're fueling to freeze up and become unusable until you break and re-place it.
Hoppers placed underneath Crushers do not remove items in the bonus output slot.
Shift-Clicking items out of a Carpenter's Bench or Stonecutter's crafting grid slots moves them to the bottom-right corner of the crafting grid, rather than back into the player's inventory.
You can shift-click items into Carpenter's Benches and Stonecutters -- this should not be the case, since there is no specific slot for any items to go to, thus making the feature pointless.
The only exception to the above issue is with items like Dyes or Moss, which should be moved to the Stonecutter's add-on slot when shift-clicked.
Shift-clicking items out of the Stonecutter's output slot when your inventory is too full to hold them all will sometimes try to fill the bottom-right cutting grid slot with the output item. However, it will not place a full stack there, so you will lose some of the output. This is most obvious when crafting Brick items: place a stack of any Stone block in the cutting grid, fill your inventory full except for 3 slots, and shift-click the resulting brick items. You will receive 3 stacks of Brick items, but it will also place 3 random Brick items in the bottom-right cutting grid slot -- thus effectively destroying one Brick item.
Shift-clicking items into a Backpack or Satchel works for all slots except the bottom-right one.
Hoppers placed underneath Melters will not remove empty Buckets left from using Lava in the fuel slot (whereas all other fuel-consuming blocks will).
All Melting recipes will consume an item if there is one in the container slot -- even if the Melter recipe doesn't require one.
Hoppers placed underneath Crushers and Alchemical Splitters only take items out of one of their two output slots.
Hoppers facing into the side of Melters will place any non-fuel item in the Bucket slot.
Hoppers facing into the side of Melters will place Buckets in the fuel slot.
Hoppers facing into the side of Melters will place fuel items into the Bucket slot if the fuel slot is full.
Minestrapp containers don't output any Comparator signal.
Splitters do not check if the result slots' stack size is small enough for more items to be added before splitting items; thus, you can end up with stacks of 70 or 80 items in the result slot if you put enough items in.
Crushers will just keep infinitely adding items to the bonus output slot if you leave them running, meaning that you can end up with stacks of over 100 items, which obviously gets glitchy fast.
