Automating this workflow would ensure that greetings are sent promptly and uniformly, improving user experience and reducing manual effort.

Key Areas to Address:

2. Personalization: Implement dynamic content to personalize the greetings, ensuring that the message feels relevant to the recipient.

@MinavKaria I will add a autolabel workflow like "gssoc-ext" and "hacktoberfest-accepted" to the issues generated and assigned whereas "levels" can only be added by by the admin
