User Story
As a system administrator
I want to manage a reviewer group
So that I can organize reviewers into different groups and add them to a Topic and a Funding round

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given an invalid or duplicate group name
  • When the Save button is executed
  • Then the system returns an error message indicating the issue
