Release v2.0 to NuGet

I've tried very hard to get a hold of @tonerdo to communicate to him that we have a working copy of the project.

If I am unable to contact him, I will most likely release the code to NuGet under a different (albeit very similar) name.

Tasks:

• Release v2.0 to NuGet
• Update relevant issues over at tonerdo/Pose
• Make an announcement over at tonerdo/Pose
• Write release notes
• Update README with links to:
  • Build in Azure DevOps
  • LICENSE
  • NuGet package

Version 2.0 has just been released to NuGet (although under a slightly different name).

Version 2.0 supports the following targets:
