Removes
bitcoindfeature and tests as they were added to test but actually do not work in Node or browser due to raw socket usage.Removes running tests in
safarias well as we would need to install the driver for it on Ubuntu and we currently don't need it as there are no browser extensions for Safari.See this issue for reference: rust-bitcoin/corepc#34.
