安裝函式庫

初始化資料夾

sudo mkdir /etc/Cafeca-Webapp
sudo chown ubuntu /etc/Cafeca-Webapp
sudo mkdir /etc/Cafeca-Backend
sudo chown ubuntu /etc/Cafeca-Backend

安裝相依套件
