<ol style="font-size: 20px; font-family:cursive;">
<li>2 cups cooked basmati rice (leftover rice works well)</li>
<li>1/2 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, beans, etc.)</li>
<li>1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage</li>
<li>1/4 cup chopped spring onions (white and green parts separated)</li>
<li>200 grams boneless chicken, thinly sliced</li>
<li>2 eggs, beaten</li>
<li>1 cup of boiled noodles</li>
<li>2 tbsp Schezwan sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp soy sauce</li>
<li>1 tsp vinegar</li>
<li>2 tbsp oil</li>
<li>1 tsp ginger-garlic paste</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1/2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1 cup of water a pinch of sugar.</li>
<li>1/2 tsp black pepper powder</li>
<li>1 tsp red chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)</li>

<ol style="font-size: 20px; font-family:cursive;">
<p style="font-size: 20px; font-family:cursive;"><b>Fried Rice with Noodles:</b></p>
<li>Cook basmati rice with 1 tsp oil and ½ tsp salt. Keep aside.</li>
<li>Boil 3 cups of water in a large pot on medium heat. Add noodles, 1 tsp oil and ¼ tsp salt to it. Turn occasionally in between and boil until the noodles are completely cooked (approximately 4-5 mins). Turn off heat.</li>
<li>Transfer the noodles to a colander and drain water. Pour cold water over the boiled noodles. Then transfer the noodles into a deep plate and add 1 tsp oil to it. Toss the noodles together. Keep aside.</li>
<li>Chop all veggies and keep it ready.</li>
<li>Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok on high heat until it begins to smoke a bit.</li>
<li>Add finely chopped garlic, spring onions, cabbage and carrots and saute for 2 mins.</li>
<li>Then add schezwan sauce and mix everything together.</li>
<li>Add cooked rice, boiled noodles, 1 tbsp water and salt to the wok.</li>
<li>2 teaspoons lemon juice</li>
<li>Toss gently and saute on high heat for another minute. Keep aside.</li>
<p style="font-size: 20px; font-family:cursive;"><b>Chicken Schezwan Gravy:</b></p>
<li>Dissolve cornflour in 1 cup water and keep aside.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan on high heat till it begins to smoke a bit.</li>
<li>Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and saute on high for a few seconds.</li>
<li>Add chicken cubes, spring onions and cabbage and saute on high for another minute. Then add schezwan sauce and mix everything together.</li>
<li> Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper, sugar, salt and corn flour mixture. Mix everything together.</li>
<li> Add 1½ cups water to the pan, mix well and let it simmer on medium heat until gravy thickens. Then turn off heat.</li>
<li>Ready to serve.....</li>
