Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to fix the operation column on the right side of the datagrid component, because when there are too many columns, the operation column will not be visible, but I can't find the relevant configuration to fix the column.

I want to achieve a similar effect

I have a scroll bar that I can’t fix now.
