Parameter for #localtime and #timezone would be fine to have the same date/time as the Uptime-Kume container.

    volumes:
      - /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro
      - /etc/timezone:/etc/timezone:ro

RUN apk update && apk add --no-cache tzdata
