Issue description: on the modpack omniopolis when we put a ressource pack we have this issue :

Steps to reproduce: put any ressource pack like faithful modded (or classical vanilla faithful) on omniopolis

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.19.2
Forge: i don't know
CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11): N/A
McJtyLib: i don't know
XNet: i don't know

Possibly incompatible mods and versions: Rubidium

Relevant logs, if any: N/A
