Added a Contact Page

UPDATION IN FORM SECTION
Step-1: Go to (https://web3forms.com/platforms/html-contact-form)
Step-2: Enter your email id where you want to receive emails and click on 'Create Access Key' button
Step-3: Go to the file (603WorkVed/contact.html) and paste your Access Key in line no. 258 (inside inverted commas)

Step-4: Your email is now ready to receive mails!

MINOR ISSUES

1. While on the Contact Page, the 'CONTACT' text is not underlined and it's colour is not updated. This only happens while visiting the contact page. Please help me fix that.
2. The length of the contact page is too long. It's twice the size of my 1080p monitor. Please reduce it's length to half to prevent any empty space.
3. Go to (603WorkVed/assets/) and paste any image you want to display beside the contact page and make sure to name it main3.png to make it visible in the right side of the contact page (NOTE: the image is not visible in smaller displays and mobile)
   If you want to change the name of the image file (mentioned in 3.), you can go to the file (603WorkVed/contact.html) line no. 268 and change the name of the file
