this setting does not seem to render new maps if outside of chicago. On the emulator this worked fine inside CHI, but does not work outside. Why? A side effect of this is that if the user turns on GPS follow and then they turn it off it will be very difficult for them to get back to the map of Chicago.

- Adds an additional poll to the action domain to get the configured
  action midpoint

- Clears the lat an lon settings as configured by the GPS handlers and
  sets them to the action domain lat and lon when followGPS is turned
  off

- Fixes some typos in the urls for a few of the other APIs
