Location is not working on CM9 final3

Location is incorrect with all CM9 versions, starting final1.

default location is in atlantic ocean/Gulf of Guinea.

Location services enabled. Tried with GPS, WIFI,mobile network on. Tried with only GPS, only WIFI and only mobile networks on. Tried outside and inside of the building.

I don't know if I have this problem but I also have problems with GPS. For example in Gingerbread Runtastic works very well, but in CM9 Runtastic and also Endomondo don't work properly (specially in CM9 FINAL 3)

the same here, latest aosp had the same issue when using gps.
