We have been rejected by google play with "Action Required: Your app is not compliant with Google Play Policies " Title
Acording to the docs they provided we were lacking some permission use case information that we needed to notify the user about It, Which was handled in IOS by IOS permission dialog.

This was tested and test artifact is available below -

However, when the user clicks "Not Now," they are presented with the same pop-up again, which should be acceptable, I suppose?
