Satellite Controller on server not working

Description of Issue

[When playing on server, After I have researched an planet, friend can't use the Satellite Controller and it says Researching: Nothing.]

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. [I Create a satellite and put communication dish Keycard.]
2. [I Research a planet]
3. [Friend tries to research with the same steps a planet.]
4. [It says Researching: Nothing]

Version of Mod using (PLEASE DONT USE 'Latest' OR 'Newest'): [VERSION]

Yes. They launched their own satellite.
