Explain which version of the database to use
Explain that you have to download it and put it in the folder yourself, because otherwise it will be created as 0 bytes
Maybe include a check that throws an informative error? Because otherwise people will be very confused.

Maybe there's a way to prevent dbConnect (or whichever function) from creating an empty database? Will need to look into this, re-run the code line by line to see which line is causing the problem.

As of 7901ba0, explained how to download the database. Still need to resolve the 0B issue.
