Encode context in proxy URI

Currently, the extended JaMoPP stores a context object for every proxy URI which increases the complexity and needed storage. Therefore, check if the context can be encoded into the proxy URI so that the context object is not needed anymore. Check if Xtext provides a mechanism for such an encoding/decoding.
