suggestion: DM Arenas: Add a possibility to use warps while using "Respawn" or "Train Next Map" function

Currently, you can only use Rewind (BACKSPACE button) while training a map while using "Respawn" or "Train Next Map" function in any DM Arena. This is not the best option, since Rewind may slightly slow you down, resulting in unnecessary failing (mostly noticeable while training HDM maps in any DM Arena). Hence a suggestion to add warp system to all DM Arenas (while using "Respawn" or "Train Next Map" function).
