clans: "Apply" button appears even though the button was used earlier

Describe the bug
If u apply to a clan and press "Revoke" button before 5 seconds have passed, the "Apply" button will appear again. Blocking the "Revoke" button if 5 seconds have not passed would be more precise.

To Reproduce

1. Press U > Clans
2. Choose any clan and apply to it
3. Immediately after applying, revoke the application
