[Feature] Change the label of several similar mentions in the annotation view at once

In the left part of the annotation view, in the same way that we can delete several mentions at once, we should be able to change the label of several mentions at once

In the list on the left of the annotation window, create a button allowing to change the label of several mentions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Can use a drag & drop feature to change the category mentions but it seems to be complicated to set up.
