Commit History Strangeness

You may notice that some branches seem to be 88 commits behind. They aren't, I created a large file when I was planning my testing (circular aperture fresnel diffraction) and it got compressed into my .git history. I had to prune the file from my entire history to do this and ended up using git rebase via the git filter-repo command. This just meant that the commit histories became un-synced.

So I have reshuffled the commit history so that the 88 are now on my side. This means that when the branches are merged onto origin main there will be duplicate commits. We should then be able to compress the commit history using git prune
