Berry Generation Config Failed

I was playing Minecraft 1.18.2, Roots Classic 1.1.27, Single player

I changed the config of berry drops to 1. At 25 an oak tree dropped 4-5 berries. At 1 an Ars Elemental Flashing Archwood tree dropped 231 berries. For reference the Ars trees are about the size of a medium to large oak.

The config is incorrect, they don't just drop from oak leaves, they drop from any leaves
