Mod Version: 1.12.11

Single Player or Server: Single Player

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

On toggle Magnet Block starts/stops animation, but doesn't change effect, it always attracts items (cannot turn it off)

Lothrazar added the 1.20 label
