Product NPM package publisher

This Action creates an NPM package of the project is run into and publishes it to the registry using the appropriate versioning.

Certain files that are relevant to package installation and distribution are always included in the package. For example, package.json, README.md, LICENSE, and so on.

If there is a "files" list in package.json, then only the files specified will be included. (If directories are specified, then they will be walked recursively and their contents included, subject to the same ignore rules.)

If the action is triggered by a push event on the master branch, it creates a latest version and it publishes it to the NPM Github registry for Lostmyname.

If the action is triggered by a pull request event on a remote branch which is in development, it creates a prerelease version and it publishes it to the NPM Github registry for Lostmyname.
