Is it possible to supply pod5 files as obtained from the ONT open datasets repository (https://github.com/nanoporetech/ont-open-datasets) as input to icarust? It seems superfluous for me to basecall these reads, for icarust to then reverse engineer the squiggles.
I can see in some of the examples that you can use .npy files as input, so I was wondering if there is support for pod5 files as well. If not, how do I convert pod5 files to npy arrays?
