Added Enter Folder Feature

With this you can now enter the folder you selected, or go one folder up by doing the same on the ".."-Element. I also reimplemented the create new folder feature, which has misteriously gone missing.

Added New Folder Button

• In this release, you get the abillity to create a new folder directly in the app. It should be way easier to create new folders from inside the app now.

• Fixed: App crashes when you open a folder, where there are no subfolders, and either the Move or Skip button get clicked.
