[Suggestion] [1.20.1]: Biome Blacklist.

Currently Lush Caves are a hardcoded blacklist, but it would be great to have this blacklist exposed in the config for blacklisting other modded biomes that already generate particle effects, or even users simply don't want the dust with.

Gonna give this a go, might be a tad difficult, but I might have to expose it through the config file as opposed to an in-game option!
