Release notes text for UI Thresholds and Alerts in Manager Workspace (https://knowledge.liveperson.com/release-notes-2021-july-week-of-july-5th.html#ui-thresholds-and-alerts-in-manager-workspace states):
"In this phase, each account manager define their own thresholds." That apparently should state "In this phase, each agent manager define their own thresholds."
