Question doesn't populate after post survey.

Hi, I have issues with my live person tool, the post-survey questionnaire doesn't populate on my end, I am not sure why I am the only one who has this issue since the first time I used the tool, it is really important since its part of my scoring matrix, I did communicate with an agent on the web-based tool (liveperson.net) and they advised me to contact my IT Team since they have checked on their end everything with the configuration of mu user is fine and doesn't need any more setting,
I also communicated with my supervisor and was advised that I need help with your expertise, I have updated my chrome and try to open it on a different web which is Microsoft edge and the questionnaire still doesn't populate I already done the needed effort to have this resolved still I don't see any changes I hope you can help me.
