Hi. We use whatsapp messaging with the Twilio plugin. In web admin page when we open a chat it says at the bottom System assistant / Visitor has joined the chat! . This is the same for all chats, even closed chats.
Using the Android app on all these chats a message appears at the top in the blue part: Visitor has left the chat!
It is odd that the same chat would say contradicting messages on each platform but probably in whatsapp chats o FB chats with these plugins these messages are not useful.
