Now that we've ported to the monorepo we should update the README to be useful.

Things we'd like to have on it:

Short paragraph outlining what lind-wasm is with link to docs @rennergade @ruchjoshi-nyu
Instructions on installing/using pre-built docker container @yashaswi2000
Instructions on compiling and running Hello World! @robinyuan1002

I updated this to be cleaner, should be good for now.

@robinyuan1002 can you double check the hello world example is correct?

Once that's done I'll close this
