For those who just want to check it out, there currently exist free official demo on huggingface (https://huggingface.co/spaces/Lightricks/LTX-Video-Playground). And for those who want to get serious, a mid-tier gaming PC (16GB RAM + 6 GB VRAM) is all you need to play with this model at your hearts content. Some community members has already figured out how to do video to video and other neat tricks to extend the functionality of the model, for example, logtd's LTXTricks (https://github.com/logtd/ComfyUI-LTXTricks) can do quite a lot.

BTW, since this model runs real FAST, the queue of the official demo isn't really a problem at all, and it usually only takes about 3 minutes to get your result even with ~10 people in queue.

I was hoping to develop this community for anyone that doesn't have the hardware nor knowledge of Comfy and such to make these model work. Also hoping to make it the cheapest API/service for every possible model out there! I don't know how the official demo is performing but it will definitely be better, but I'm also able to get decent speed with some optimizations at 960x540x256 for around 3 minutes.

I'm also developing all the functionalities that you would need like ControlNet,Lora Etc. So thank you for sharing the repo with the other tricks! I'll be implementing them for everyone to use without hassle.
