管理员在后台添加URI配置时报错：uri添加失败,请检查账号是否重复 #12

原因：AutotestWebD.apps.myadmin.views.configUri.addConfigUri 方法，缺少 id 属性。
解决方案：加上id属性，result.id = len(searchResult) + 1
