Take new screenshots for linux r2modman guide #9

Currently the linux r2modman guide uses some windows screenshots (specifically of r2modman) - ideally these would be updated with screenshots from a Linux environment.

If possible, these should be taken on Steam Deck since that's the environment that the majority of readers will likely be in
