please god help me figure out why thunderstore does not install my mod correctly

so i have an absolutely absurd problem that makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever, i have made multiple small sound mods and stuff for Lethal Company.

i have several different sound mods, all of which upload and install perfectly fine.

the problem is that ONE sound mod refuses to follow the same rules no matter what the fuck i do and i'm going absolutely insane, it's been months and i've still not found a solution or fix.

it's basically a sound replacement fork of PizzaTowerEscapeMusic, but it REFUSES to install properly.

regardless of the Zip's file structuring, it completely ignores all folders, sifts through every file, and dumps them loose into one singular folder, which utterly breaks the code and file structure.

it installs like this, no matter what i do.

PLEASE GOD SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG?
I'VE COPIED OTHER MODS' FILE STRUCTURES TO A T, USED OTHER FORKS AS A BASE, NOTHING WORKS??????
