[cm11][urushi][20160417] Screen won't turn on after unlock, stays on black screen.

The screen won't turn on on the phone if i'd unlock it. The phone when booted works fine and perfectly but after I lock it and then unlock it doesn't show anything, just a black screen. I have to wait with the phone locked for like 5 minutes and then unlock it, only then the screen shows up, and it doesn't work no matter how many times i lock it and unlock it.

Please help

I even cleared everything and installed the rom again, the problem still stays. So i just leave the display sleep time to 30 and just never let it sleep.

My phone got this to in cm 13..
When it blank,i try to press power button and volume keys repeatly..then press home button..it will show the screen again..

But,accidentally, if i press home button after charging and inactive for long time, my phone got rebooted..

Recently it started to happen on my urushi too. I've tried old Kitkat builds, marshmallow, nougat - it seems like a hardware issue to me :(
