running harvestFestival

I am trying to run harvest Festival year round.. Is there something that need to be done beyond the settings in the main.lua?
Did miss the big sign that said "Do This Stupid!".... Once in my younger days I was good at this stuff.... Now the VCR blinks 12:00 AM.
