FFXIAH all items csv

this is a items.csv file for use with pydarkstar and ffxiahbot this was a whole table dump from item_basic table in the ffxidb and was formatted into csv format for pydarkstar (old) and ffxiahbot (new)

Please Note: The prices are not pulled from any public server the prices are pulled from the NPC buy price if applicable. If the price was not found or = 0 then a random price was generated as follows: ( 1k-5k for single items and 5k-10k for stacks.)

I used the ffxi sortname from the AH in the name field so it would be easier to read all itemid's should match items on FFXIAH

I tested it and the ffxiahbot_format_items.csv works with ffxiahbot. I went ahead and made it the default items.csv that is in the ffxiahbot repo.

I was thinking of removing the pydarkstar csv from my repo as the new bot is much faster and shiny.

I updated the items database added missing item

I changed prices on 1455 - 1456 and fixed the sortname for 10000_byne_bill

also removed pydarkstar csv from the repo
