Help with Expansion Missions Test Purposes

Hello,
I have been messing around in the private server scene for a little while now I mainly use mine to relive some moments and mess around with stuff. One thing I always found annoying when i do a new build is re-running through ZM, CoP etc. I know adding and completing missions with the commands doesn't really do much except show it in the mission list (no variables KIs) My question is what is a good suggested process for completing these and getting the correct flags/status Ex. I create a new character and want to make it as if I have completed all original missions up to rank 10 without running them all
